Frequent questions

  • Is it necessary to be registered to place an order?
    No, it is not necessary to create an account to place orders, however we advise you to create it, as through it you will be able to access your user space, save your favorite addresses, see your order history and even save your default payment method.
  • How do I know that my order was received?
    You will receive an order confirmation email to the email account provided during the purchase process.
  • What do I do if one of the guides I want to order is not available?
    Whenever possible we will always have available stock of our shipping guides. If it is not, you can contact us through the contact form and as soon as it is available we will inform you so that you can place your order.
  • What is the shipping cost?
    The cost of shipping is not included in the price of the guide and will be paid by the client. You will see this information applied in the purchase process. But if you make purchases over €30, shipping is on us.
  • What is the order delivery time?
    Once your order has been confirmed and processed, the shipment will be made through the postal company that will deliver within a maximum period of 2 business days. If you place your order on a Friday, it will be shipped from the following Monday as long as it is not a holiday.
  • What are the payment methods?
    To make the secure payment of your order you can choose between: Paypal Bank card (Debit or Credit) Bank transfer
